Versions of the book
Leonard Wibberley’s The Mouse on the Moon was originally published in 1962 as the sequel to the popular The Mouse That Roared. In 1963, it was adapted to a film staring Margaret Rutherford, Ron Moody, Bernard Cribbins, Terry-Thomas and David Kossoff repeating his role as Professor Kokintz. A Dell comic was released in 1963 as an adjunct to the movie.
While The Dramatic Publishing Company has a stage play for The Mouse That Roared, a stage play for The Mouse on the Moon called Mouse on Marsย was only available briefly.
